What is Intermittent Fasting? Y’all, don’t run when you see the word “fasting.” I’m going to give you a few reasons to consider intermittent fasting, a type of fasting anyone can do, to improve your overall health. I am not talking about food deprivation. I am not talking about fad cleanses that require you starve yourself. No juicing needed here. I’m talking about consuming the same amount of calories and food that you currently eat, but only eating these calories between a shorter window of time. How does this work?
