I've been a customer before. Why does it say my email address is invalid when I try to login?
We updated our website on 8/15/2021. Even though you've shopped with us before, you'll have to create an account.
We've changed how you get your digital products—they are no longer emailed to you. Instead, your digital products will live in your account. Once you create an account by entering your email address and a password, you'll be able to access any digital products that you've purchased since 8/15/2021.
Can I download my digital products from my account so that I can view them off-line?
Once you purchase a digital product, we are not able to issue refunds. Your digital files will be in your customer account. You will be responsible for downloading and storing the file on your own device. Please back up your file like you would any important digital file.
We do not accept returns for physical products. If the product arrived damaged or not as expected, please contact us with pictures and details.
All sales of The Raw Reset are final. Once you have received your personalized plan, you are considered to be a participant, and we are unable to offer any refunds.
Please be aware that The Raw Reset is an immersive program. The more committed you are, the more you’ll get out of it! Everyone on every level can receive something from the program. Even if you do not post very much or miss a video or two, you can still gain valuable support and knowledge from the group, along with your personalized plan and ebooks.

I don't see my digital products in my account. Where are they?
NOTE: If you purchased a Raw Reset, Coaching Session, or the Raw Revive, you must complete your intake form before your plan and any accompanying digital products will be visible in your account.
I purchased Coaching/The Raw Reset/The Raw Revive. How do I access the intake form?
- Just like eBooks, your intake form will be available in your customer account. Log in at tannyraw.com/log-in and enter your email and password.
- If you purchased a Raw Reset, Coaching Session, or the Raw Revive, you must complete your intake form before your plan and any accompanying digital products will be visible in your account.
- You can complete your intake form by logging into your account, selecting your order, and clicking Proceed to Form.
How do I sign up for my coaching appointment?
After you've completed your intake form, there will be a link called COACHING in your digital products. It contains a link to sign up for coaching.
How do I join the Private Facebook Group for the Raw Reset?
After you've completed your intake form, there will be a Welcome Letter along with your plan and your digital products. The Welcome Letter contains a link to join the Facebook Group.
How do I checkout using paypal?
It's easy! After you click "complete purchase" you will be redirected to PayPal. Just enter your PayPal information and click Pay Now.
I don't have a PayPal Account. Can I use a credit card?
Yes! When you get to the PayPal screen (step 3) click "checkout as a guest." Then it will take you to a page where you can enter your credit card information.
