Hey hey friends!

Today we’ve gotta talk about the elephant in the room- sticking to your guns even when this time of year is encouraging you to fail and trying to keep you from realizing your truest potential.

Everywhere you look this time of year, such as grocery stores, is stocked with treats, sweets and food that is no good.

Shelves are filled to the brim with all the things that create more disease, more chemicals, more toxins. Everything that is so highly processed and contains low nutrition. But is that your food? No way! That’s not your food and I want you to know that I believe in you, that you can be better and do better despite the adversity!

I want you to know and realize that there is enough time left in this year to reach your true potential, and to get this Low-fat Raw Vegan lifestyle under your belt for good, no matter what the holiday season and naysayers tell you. It’s not too late, and I can’t have you quitting on me now after all we’ve been through together this year!

This is where I step in- to encourage you and coach you throughout this season, and giving you the tools that you need to succeed. Keep reading for some of my tips to get you through this especially tough time of year!

If you can take control of yourself and make the decision to be healthy, stay healthy, and you want that more than those toxic foods, you WILL SUCCEED!

The key is having the right mental attitude. Attitude is everything.

Think about how you’re going to feel after you eat that meal, or those unhealthy foods. Is it worth it to you to back track on everything you’ve been striving for, your health, your wellness? Your health and wellness should be your priority, and after all, how can you show up for others if you aren’t showing up for yourself? If you choose to hold on to these things that no longer serve you, you will continue to be sick, and not reach or fulfill your highest potential.

It’s time to stop thinking about short-term satisfaction and instead, replacing those thoughts with goals of long-term gains. Having the true power of health and vitality can be yours, you just have to make the decision to take it!

Decide what you’re going to do, have a plan and work your plan to better yourself. With that plan, you will begin to take back your life and regain a sense of self-control and determination to do what is best for your body, your mind, and your health.

 • You can escape the cycle of exhaustion, depression, and stress eating. I believe that you truly can do this! By incorporating journaling, and keeping track of your small wins and successes, as well as your shortcomings, and setting attainable, small goals for yourself; you can work through those tough emotions that are holding you back from your potential. I know you can do it!

Nothing tastes better than how feeling awesome feels. Keep that in mind as you go through the holidays may be just the motivation you need to keep pushing yourself to be better, to do better and feel proud of your decision to choose health.

Plan around family gatherings and events. With a few basic tools and ingredients, you can stick to your nutrition and health goals by planning ahead of time and not stressing out or relying on others to provide you with YOUR food.

 The best gift you can give to your loved ones is the gift of you as your best self, clear, clean and bright. No one is coming to save you, only you have the power to better yourself and stick to your guns. By practicing self-love, you are in a better position to show love and show up not only for yourself, but for your loved ones as well.

Give yourself the gift of clean, clear and bright, you owe it to yourself! Be kind to yourself.
