A High Carb Low Fat Raw Vegan diet saved my life. I came from a background of numerous autoimmune disorders: arthritis, anemia, lupus, irritable bowel syndrome, leaky gut syndrome, nodular acne, depression and obesity. I once topped the scale at over 210 pounds and now easily maintain a weight of approximately 124 pounds! As of 2014, I have been a vegan for 13 years and a low fat raw vegan for 8 years. This passion of mine saved my life and completely changed the way I live. Today, I remain medication free. This lifestyle has led me to have mental clarity and vibrancy. I know it can help you too. I try to keep my recipes simple, only using common ingredients, and affordable.
